Beijing Auto Show 2008 LIVE: Huanghai Faster cought by Girl Cops
230408, Beijing Autoshow. Huanghai Automotive is a pick up and suv maker, they make the Plutus pick up, the Landscape and Aurora suv's and this new one, the Faster.
The launch ceremony was nice with a short speech from a Huanghao official and these two girls dressed as cops, not as Chinese cops but as Huangtai-country cops.
The Faster on show was a black car against a black backdrop with girls dressed in mostly black outfits, perfect for taking a picture.
Engine is a Mitsubishi sourced 2.4 liter with 108kw/5250rpm and 170nm/3000rpm and it's weight is 1800kg so it will problably be faster than a QQ running on one cilinder.
It is a big car though, size is 4740x1845x1730, wheelbase is 2715. Just like all this kind of suv's or cuv's it will have almost everything standard, from dvd-screens to electric chairs and a sunroof.
These things usually come really cheap, my estimate for the Faster is around 13.000 dollar.
